Festival Notes for all Parents

1. Parents are reminded that the Festival is taking place on M.O.D. property and all areas are out of bounds with the exception of the car parks, pitches and concrete directly between them.

2. The Speed limit on site is strictly 15mph.

3. Facilities on site include refreshments and food served at the pavilion

4. The site is a designated a "NO SMOKING" area.

5. No dogs are allowed on site

6. A Professional Sports Photographer will be taking photo's during the Festival, which will be available for purchase. Please see the score control point for further details.

7. We are required to point out that any parents wishing to to use camera's and video camera's or mobile phones with these facilities must register their intent at the score control point.

8. Lost property will be held at the pavilion
